Enniskillen Town Colts v Fintona

Enniskillen Town Colts v Fintona

A frustrating day infront of goal stopped the colts from getting anything out of this encounter with Fintona on a day when posts, crossbars, missed penalties and overall poor finshing cost the colts dearly.

Fintona fully deserved the 3-1 victory as they simply took their chances when they came, it is a lesson the colts will have to learn from in the future as possession dose'nt always guarantee victory.

Squad - S.Leonard, C.Elliott, C.Jones, M.Judge, M.Curry, N.love, G.Houston, S.Swift, M.Beckett, B.McIntyre, P.Fingleton (Cap), D.McIntyre, S.Gallinagh, E.McCaffery

A great acheivement following the number of players unavailable for the fixture and 4 of the 12 man squad carrying injuries.

Enniskillen Town Colts v Shelbourne

A disappointing opening day of the season for the colts seen them come up against a very strong shelbourne side which dispatched the colts with ease to record a 7-1 victory.

The colts starting the better of the two sides and even took the lead following a good move finished off by Sean Gallinagh, however a number of defensive errors led to shelbourne recording a comprehensive victory.
